Within clear view of the famous Tor, the Wirral Park Road site was originally a plastics factory alongside B&Q. Canynge Bicknell master minded site assembly, secured a retail planning consent and carried out a joint development with Chelverton for Tesco.
The 4 acre site and 44,000 sq ft superstore investment were sold to Suncroft.
The developers were advised by JLL and architects for the scheme were Mountford Pigott.
